I am with them and they have paid me out no problem and very quickly too and my vet had no problem with them paying him directly, there are also others who are on H&H who are with them and have only good things to say about them, they are reasonably priced and helpful, I think you have to realise that E&L are their underwriters who made a mistake before but have hopefully burnt their fingers and are now doing the job as it should be done. I have heard horrific stories about how NFU takes so long to pay out and I had a claim against NFU which took nearly 1 year to pay out so there you go.
