ehh not sure think i am Shows how sorted i am eh. Had no probs personally made claim n all was sorted they did underpay but a quick call to explain treatment was ongoing n it was all sorted no hassle

horse insurance.co.uk is E&L basically. It's true, they don't have a great reputation!
horsebox-insurance.co.uk are well worth a try. They are part of County Insurance and are really nice people. They do all horse insurance types.

i have been using them and they have been really helpful with me. it just depends on the horse, who you deal with and the problem. but yes they have been very officiant and helpful

Its true that e&l don't have fantastic horse insurance reviews but they are usually the cheapest so it depends on your budget I suppose.
They are usually the cheapest, but when buying insurance you have to be sure you will get good service & your vet bills etc will be paid. Unfortunately E&L & their off shoot companies have a particularly bad track record. Many vets, including mine consider you to be uninsured if you are covered by E&L. There have been more bad reviews/posts on this forum about E&L than any other company.
