iv recently claimed though my horse insurance.and expected to pay the 250.00 excess.i sent in two bills one for the diagnostic and the other for the treatment ,i expected to pay the first 250.00 then they pay for the rest ,but on checking my bank account and letters i have paid the first 250.00 ish on both seperate occasions.am i wrong in thinking that i should only have to pay 250.00??
am wanting to take horse to spa and vet said i can claim on this but worried about sending him and having to pay the bill at the end as it wont be over 250.00
