Talk about leaving things to the last minute!
I've just realised that Blitz isn't insured and he is being moved on Monday.
I've had a quick scout around cavalassur.com and caval-assure.com it appears they don't insure foals under 12 months (from what I understand, but my French isn't fluent for "legalese").
Having never insured a horse before (either in France or in the UK) I don't know if this is the norm or not.
However as Blitz is to be run on as a stallion prospect a little peace of mind would be helpful.
If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be most grateful
