For the last few days the horse I share with my friend has been bothering at his ears, one more than the other. My friend had a good look at them yesterday and there was some spots of blood on the rims so I assume something is biting him.
Is there anything we can put on to soothe them and repel whatever it is? I've got some deosect so could wipe that round his ears.
We do suspect he may have mild sweet itch symptoms as if you bring him in stable he will rub his tail and mane so can I use deosect for this also xx
