Horse killed in car collision in Banstead

I used to be an avid hacker, but roads are getting ridiculous now. Luckily, the bridleways here now we have no roads we NEED to go on, it starts at our end field so am fairly lucky now....old yard consisted of a double A14 roundabout and byroad to hack out anywhere!

I have to wonder if its worth hacking out anymore, these types of reports are getting more common. ? is it happening more or just more widely reported, am just glad we are close to bridleways. my thoughts are with all concerned
 
Thats close to me. Thoughts to the family of the lady involved and condolences over the loss of her horse in such an horrific manner. It was lovely and bright yesterday at 11....
