I'll try again. Apparently I put too much information in my post yesterday and appear to have had the plug pulled.
Sorry, still can't give the murderers name as he's decided to change his plea from GUILTY, so now it has to go to crown court for a trial. And that could be in six months time.

But, rest assured, one way or another there'll be some justice for Cindy.

Please don't forget, this taxi driver drove into her DELIBERATELY, because, as even the police told us, he had a grudge against the man who was riding her for us. I don't know why, but I have been told.
All I can say is, when partners stray, DON'T take it out on an innocent animal.

The driver is a coward - he could have pulled the rider off the pony and punched him, instead he chose to go for the animal because she was an easy target.
I consider him a person with an uncontrollable streak of temper - and what happens if that comes out when he's driving YOUR kid to school?

RIP Cindy. There are some real b*****d`s walking this earth. I know. I used to work in a men`s prison. Lets hope your taxi driver gets a sentence that involves a stay in one of our majesty`s establishment cos in my experience those that have caused pain and suffering to animals, have, shall we say, a rough time inside.
