OK think I've got rid of original post.
Went to Taunton Crown Court today. Taxi driver who killed Cindy (sadly can't say his name yet) ha changed his plea from GUILTY - apparently he was 'confused' when he pleaded guilty a month ago. Odd - he's had three months to think about what he did.
He and his girlfriend were smiling and joking - bastards.
So now it has to go to court again for a trial and that could be in six months time.
He was banned from driving between 1st and 30th of Sept, but was reported three times to the police who apparently could do nothing.
As far as I can see, he's a man with an uncontrollable streak of temper - and he could be ferrying YOUR children to and from school in Bridgwater.
Sorry, can't give you his name.......YET. But when this case is over, believe me, I will.

I'm so sorry that this is going to drag out longer for you - it's just adding insult to injury - and nobody deserves that. I think if you plead guilty then that should be that , no changing your mind thereafter , big vibes from us xx

I am surprised that nothing was done when he was banned for driving, and caught doing same.

It must be extremely difficult, to deal with this for every one concerned, hope you get the result you want.
