I know there have been lots of threads asking how much horses grow upwards after certain ages but I wondered how much they grew in length after 3-4 years old and how many rug sizes they went up? I have two youngsters and was wondering how many more rugs I need to budget for before the stop getting longer.

Well my ex racer has gone from a 6'3 in march to a 6'9 now and she's rising 6! Rather than actually growing in length I think they tend to bulk out in different places as they mature, as she's definitely matured recently in the shoulder area

Well our coblet went from 5 ft 6 at 2.5 years to 6ft 6 at maturity. During this time he grew from 14.3 to 15.2
