My clever horse seems to be too acute with his existing horse lick. It is one that is suspended from a beam in the roof with two circular disks between the lick and fastens onto the cord. My horse doesn't lick it now, he can get it in his mouth and bit the lick. Obviously, this lick only lasts a matter of hours not days and I have to take it off him. So, now I break it to small pieces for him. Can you suggest another lick as it does keep him amused? Thanks

Horslyx in a tub screwed to the wall keeps mine amused for hours....although they end up with sticky faces.

Our mare used to brace those suspended ones against the wall and gnaw at them.....they didn't last long either...

What are those like, in terms of calories? Are they binded with molasses? Can you give them to a horse without creating lots of fiz or energy if they arn't?

xx
