Horse mag comp

Has anyone else tried to enter the comp. for the wow saddle.After being lent one from Partoow yesterday we thought we would try to win one but I have twice phoned the number and been told it is not available but I am still being charged £1 for the call. So don't waste your money I'm going to email Horse mag and complain
