Hey guys
I'm currently moving bedrooms and iv realized i have a huge collection of horse magazines that iv just collected over the years i don't really want to send them to the tip just wondered is there anything else i could do with them or send them?
 
Have you got them going back to 2002? I lent my copy of one specific one to someone, forgot about for ages and now she has forgotten she ever had it off me and denies I gave it to her :(
 
I think it was October but I'll have to check. There was an article about my girl, you see. I only have photocopy of it now :(
 
Apart from fat piggy's one - how about the local RDA - I'm sure some of the kids could be lost for hours looking at the pictures and old articles. - Unless maybe 'Horse' mag isnt quite right apealing market for them? - I'm sure they could cut and stick with the piccis anyways!
Or there seems to be an interest for these things on 'freegle'
 
Or local riding club or event centres. Or take them down to your doctors surgery! On reading how much vets make the doctors may well change their profession.:D
 
You could donate to your local pony club? I always find the information really helpful and most of the things I learned about horses when I was younger came from quizzes in pony magazines :)

That's a good idea HH. I used to do info sheets for my child pupils to help them learn about jumping position, diagonals, leg position, whatever. Some of the illustrations I did myself but other times I hunted out pictures, made a master copy then photocopied them. They can help teach what is correct and what definitely isn't!
 
I had a quick check last night and the one I'm after is actually December 2000! Wow, I can't believe it was that long ago.
