There is usually a little clip to fix to the mane so that it doesn't fall off.

I make and sell these........well, people buy them, who am I to pass an opinion? It's just another sort of bling.

Actually I don't mind these, I should hasten to add that I don't actually have any, but they are nowhere near as nasty as horse and rider in matching pink outfits or any of the other horrors that can be seen. Somebody makes bead anklets for horses too.

Kids, Christmas coming up!
Don't bother to make them up, measure it all up, stick everything in a little bag, put a pretty horsey sticker on the front and flog them as DIY stocking fillers..........Mums will love you, beads and bells all over the floor...........great!
