Horse needs a trainer in s Wales

Hi all does anyone know of a gd trainer in s Wales to retrain a pony who has been in a car accident and now has a huge fear of traffic ! He is young and before this incident he was a placid bomb proof pony used by my kids .
I'm looking for somewhere for after Christmas as he is still recovering at the moment
