Horse neglect.

desperately sad but lovely to see the one little shetland looking so good, poor little mites. Worryingly...if she only had 6...and there were 30 stabled there, WTF were the other owners doing or not doing to get to this stage? surely she didn't have 30? hope that was a typo or i miss read...and shame on the others for not stepping in sooner if that was the case.shame she doesn't get life or similar treatment to pedo's in prison. Absolutley terrible

This is what I was thinking. You only have to neglect a TB for a couple of days for it to look awful but Shetlands???? If you can't keep a shetland well fed you have no business looking after any animals IMO.
