I have a beautiful boy coming up to 13 years he is amazing temperament wise but has a number of health issues.

He has arthritis in both hocks and was diagnosed with navicular 2015. We have battled the navicular going barefoot changing diet turnout etc and he was doing well until last week when he went lame again. Both trimmer and his physio think its a knee problem and have advised 10 days rest and then have another look. This was his one good leg :( and I just feel as if I'm fighting a losing battle and is it fair on him to keep pushing him. I had resigned myself to being a happy hacker but I really do want to do more. I really miss my lessons schooling jumping and I would love to start enjoying them again without a nagging doubt that I am asking too much of my boy. And so here's my dilemma I have seen a lovely boy that could do all that so do I take the plunge ??

Sorry for the essay lol
