Horse not losing all of winter coat

So my horse is very slow to lose winter coat the hair isn’t budging it like she was shedding like crazy and then it just completely stopped so she had still have a long patchy coat on her back . she has her summer coat on her neck and face that shed out very quickly my mare had a blanket clip and anywhere she was clipped grew out fine. I kinda worried she had a Cushing disease blood test 2 years ago and her number were on the lower side of normal . The vet said it was the best numbers she had seen and she also had insulin blood sensitivity test numbers were the same they were very good . Don’t know should I just wait it out and see if she just shads out eventually or should I get a blood test again. My horse is 15 years old so she probably a bit young for Cushing diseaseas it’s usually an older horse condition.

Mine is still fluffy round the middle I'm blaming the weird weather we've been having... Wet one minute, frosty then 🥵
 
One of mine is still holding onto some coat, they don’t know whether they’re coming or going with the weather and it’s still early. Don’t panic yet 😊
 
It’s breed dependent as well as all the other things. None of mine have full simmer coats yet, the Shetlands have only just started shedding. The cob has started then stopped. I wouldn’t worry yet.
 
My WB pony has a beautifully sleek head and chest but the rest of him is still covered in quite a thick coat. He too started shedding like mad and then just stopped. Even my Connemara hasn’t fully shed and he is always at least 6 weeks ahead of the other one. I’m blaming the weird weather patterns we are having.
 
coblet is still fluffy and shedding like mad and now itchy and hot in his stable on box rest :( i put it down to the fact he was living out all winter and grew a nice toasty coat to keep him warm. I'm grooming him and giving him some extra vit E and linseed to help him whilst he's recovering.

I may clip him in a few weeks when he's further along in his recovery if this warmer weather continues now.
 
Perfectly normal for this point in this particular year. I’ve just scrubbed/washed my mare in an effort to remove more of her hair than the bruising and hot clothing was able to.
 
mine is looking the best he's ever looked and almost all shedded out (TB). I changed his balancer about a month ago because the past few years it looked like he was struggling on shedding everything and had some fuzzy fur despite being on FP balancer with very high zinc and copper. He is turning very, very dark and is glossier than I think I've ever really seen him...or at least in a long time. I know another that doesn't look like he hasn't really shedded anything. No known issues.
 
I actually clipped my native this week because she has two long rides and was hanging onto her coat - she's much happier now.

Even my youngster hasn't shed out and he's very patchy
