Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me. In 1984 I read a book that became a favourite but these days my memory has failed me the name of the book or the author. It was about a teenage girl who bought a horse and at one stage the horse got strangles but recovered. I vaguely remember the girls name may have been Ingrid and she was an only child living with her mum. The horse may have been called Kawaii or something similar. The book I think was set in England & unfortunately that is all I can recall. Can anyway remember this book?
