horse passport advice

hi can anyone tell me .i have just bought a new mare,13 yr old appaloosa on scothorse and she has a french passport still in name of owner there but has been over here for about 6 years with innoculations up to date etc.i cant read the passport but want her in my name ,how do i go about it

You can apply to have it overstamped with one of the UK issuers. Sport Horse GB have done this for me
