Horse PEEING FOR ENGLAND! On medication.... HELP!

My horse has some sort of allergic reaction (came up with swollen hot lumps from shoulder to rump), he has been on meds (anti inflammatorys and antibiotics). Just today he has started peeing and drinking for England, it isnt like him to pee or drink much and has been trying to get the horses next doors salt lick? Any ideas why he is peeing so much?? Time to call vet again or not...?

I'd say time to call the vet, and at least ask if this reaction sounds normal or is even on the list of known possibilities.

I would call the vet, but if he is on corticosteroids it's a side-effect of the medication - do speak to the vet though!

Definately the vet soon as poss, don't sound right.

IME, allergic reactions often include water retention. I would say that the medication is working, neutralising the allergic reaction and evacuating the retained fluid. If you are worried, speak to your vet.
