Horse Plaited, Wiltshire

Received this text this evening.
"Be aware that a horse had been plaited tonight in Westbury, Wiltshire. 2 days ago rugs were taken off, done up, and lead on the ground. Please let your horsey friends know, just to keep an eye out."
I have no more details than that.

This is really getting a bit out of hand now. These texts are becoming just like the eastern european texts and emails of last year.

I know, is far I know, which is not a lot, it could be kids.
As for the rugs, I know a lot of horses that can roll out of their rugs, leaving all of the straps done up.
But thought I'd better post in case there is some truth in it.

If asomeone wants your horse,they will take it,they wont warn you,they will just come when unexpected and take it.
This stuff is making me paranoid now.
There was cigerette buts by the farm entrance today,goodness knows who put them there.Making me paranoid.Good thing is,the field is visible from top to bottom,lots of houses around.
Wish people would state the actual facts!!!!!
