See Manet & Rodin demonstrate a new general purpose horse vehicle at the Weald & Downland Open Air Museum. The vehicle was built in Poland to the specifications of an Anglo-French collaboration. It is intended for landowners, golf courses, estates, horse yards and farmers and is currently in use as a delivery vehicle in Surrey. This is an almost infinitely amusing way to have more fun with horses, and to get some work done at the same time. Velhurst farm website

During the last petrol crisis thats what we did! lol pub, shop, everything by way of a waggonette brake and pair. But please, the polish arn't the only ones who can make carraiges, there are some brialliant ones on this side of the channel that make high quaility vehicals and ones for those one a budget.

The Polish are actually well known for their carriage making skills and their carriages are becoming very popular and sought after. I've seen quite a few vehicles and they are lovely.
We are already considering extending our carriage hire business to local shopping deliveries.

I'm not saying polish vehicals are bad, there are some lovely examples out there, there are also some not so great ones, just I think in some circles people think that the only new constructions are polish! We used a small polish waggonette when our usual waggonette brake we use for rides was at Fenix carriages being repaired and it was fine.
