Horse Psychics

I haven't seen any posts about this for a while

As with all "psychics" the info they given you in so non specific it could be any horse. IF you want to believe then you will take the stuff they tell you that does match your horse and ignore the rest. There was one on here a while back trying to promote the "science" and when challenged just started saying really stupid things and asking us to tell her what was wrong with her animals and then sort of going AHA I told you so when we couldn't/wouldn't. I said if she could give me one concrete piece of proof (the name of one of the horses mine is out with for example) then I would take it all back and be a believer for ever more but she just said she didn't have to prove she could we had to prove she couldn't. It's a con IMO and anyone who doesn't have anything better to spend money on should send it to me and I will knock you up a "psychic" assesment as accurate as anyone else.

I believe in it - ive had my horses done before by 2 different people, the first was a guy which was 'ok', had a few things spot on and some things he said I would have liked to believe i.e my last mare and i were soul mates and i was supposed to buy her. She was a complete handful, but he said it was down to her late upbringing and give her until 8yrs old and she would be a superstar!!! Shame she is now buggered with an ongoing back issue. He did say she hated the YO and the YO was scared, well yeh thats true....
He was scarily more accurate with my OH - when he out of the blue mentioned his troubled child hood and his back/shoulder pain...we hadnt even asked him a question!!

The other women I had, did readings by a picture/email and i made sure i only sent pics which wouldnt give much away and was usually a head shot! That way she couldnt look at conformation etc....she was brilliant and she really helped with certain issues with my new and old mare. She described Star down to a 't' by saying she loves the limelight and competing but wouldnt want to aim too high that she would be away for days on end as would miss her field too much...haha thats about right, fatty!!! Also said about OH, how he is nice, but we both dont listen to him as he tends to go on thinking he knows best when he doesnt hahahahah

I have her email somewhere - but another good one is Ann Dee, she's on the web somwhere

Amymay - could that have been Catherine Walker? I know she is in Wales somewhere...

I have had contact with her before, and so has my sister, and she has made some great comments, and also suggestions for progress forward. The first time I had contact with her for my mare (that I have now sold) I e-mailed her a picture of my mare - with her name and her age. No more information. Catherine came back to me after her "chat" with my mare, and described perfectly her stable, her mirror in her stable, where I rode her, how I had promised my mare that once she started jumping SJ sensibly that we would do XC, and also described the first show that we went to - including the colours of the lorries either side of us.
My other mare told me how she had a lot more to say than first mare, and that first mare was too bossy and boring, and didn't want to play enough!!!

I didn't have any huge revelations maybe - but certainly more than enough to make me believe - and trust me i was a huge skeptic before hand!

The other lady who I know people who had dealings with was Julie Dicker, who sadly died in 2006.

I agree with whoever (sorry I didn't pay enough attention!!) that it is helpful for building bonds between horse and owner if it is needed - but it is very interesting, and it has been very useful for a couple of horses that were out of sorts.

So Yes I'm a believer!! ( i think there was a song about that....)

After reading all the posts on here I am intrigued!!

Does anyone know if there is anyone around the Yorkshire area?? Not sure about it being done with a photo.

Would promise to give full details, my boy has had such a dodgy past i'm sure it would be fantastic to understand him.

I was a sceptic for a long time, had met a few communicators and always thought it was lucky guesses/reading body language etc etc... then a friend of mine went on a day course to learn to do it, she was stunned by what she learned and I decided to do the course and see what happened. I'm no longer a sceptic having had the most amazing day learning more about animal communication and finding out that I, and anyone, could do it.

I'm sure there are con artists out there who are just spouting crap and taking folks money, but equally there are people who can do it and can do good with it.

I'll happily try speaking to an animal that an owner is having problems with, I dont expect money or anything for it and so far have had a pretty high rate of accuracy.

the courses are run by www.reikicare.co.uk and well worth going too...

I'm currently having my boy 'talked' to by a fabulous lady called Brigid Reilly, www.theanimalhealers.co.uk and while some of the things she's said could be about any horse, some of them have cut right to the quick with their accuracy. She works off a photo which I was really dubious about but it seems to work. Brige is also teaching me how to do EFT which I've done on myself for nerves and confidence when riding and the results were astounding. Some friends of mine have used a guy called Robert Pring and they've all had interesting results.

I thought that it was all nonsense until I had Ann Dee talk to Catembi on the phone when he was very ill. He told her all sorts of things that I DEFINITELY didn't tell her. In fact, I was scrupulously careful to tell her v little.

Can't say any more cos I'm at work & don't want to start crying. Whoops. Too late.

In person there tends to be lots of noise, animal moving about etc etc, with a pic I can go sit quietly by myself and do it without distractions. Its still quite difficult and requires a fair bit of concentration on my behalf...

Let me start by saying I'm completely normal, sane etc...I went with a friend to do a day course and had to take a picture of my horse. She asked how old he was and that was all. She looked at the picture and said he had some sort of problem with his feet and his back. The foot problem turned out to be a navicular type problem and the back problem turned out to be kissing spine!! All diagnosed by Sue Dyson at the AHT January last year.

Who was this? I want to try this. My horse has mystery issues, and whether physical or psychological, she's fine on basic checks, my vets aren't interested because all her limbs work and I can't justify finding money I've not got for Sue Dyson on the basis of 'gut feeling'. I figure I've nothing to lose by giving this a try, but I'd really like to use whoever comes the most highly recommended. I think I'll start a new post.

This may put me in the loony tunes corner, BUT I have had the experience of "seeing" clients memories before they have told me what they are seeing in their minds eye. Their memories are of childhood trauma's and it is very spooky to 'see' where the bad stuff happened. I didn't tell anyone for some time as I thought it was too wierd! I now ask people questions based on what I 'see' and it has always made sense to them. I am trying to develop this with the horses, but maybe because I spend so much time with them I can't do it.
