Horse & Rider Express - do NOT use!

I placed an order with Horse & Rider Express 4 weeks ago and STILL have NOT received any of my order.

I phone them and they are a nightmare. Keep telling me they sent it, then they tell me it was at wrong depot, bla bla bla.

So just warning you, they are terrible!

They are apparently going to refund me......but hey, nothing showing in my bank account as yet :rolleyes:

Anyway, hope nobody else has had issues.
 
I got caught out like this last year with an on-line company.(Horsing Around Saddlery) It was only 30 pounds worth but the woman who runs the company was so rude I got fed up with trying to get my money back. They still advertise online and I expect other people are getting the same treatment. Needless to say I try not to buy anything from unknown companies any more. I eventually sent her an e-mail telling her to keep the money as she was obviously desperate for it as she had'nt refunded me for the item she obviously could'nt supply. She didnt even pretend to have sent the item out, just had problems sourcing it. Kept saying a refund had been made. Hope you have better luck than I did.
 
I have used Horse & Rider Express on numerous occasions and have never had any problems. I think it is unfair to post this thread based on having problems with one order, I'm sure even some of the top, most respected online stores get a least one order wrong every once in a while.

And no, I do not work for this company or know of anyone that does. This is based purely on my own personal experiences of having used this company.
 
They're based right near me so I use them but never had a delivery from them. The girls are absolutely lovely, it's a shame that their delivery system seems to be letting them down!
 
Yes that is what I was told as well. They are nice and try to help but obviously their delivery system isnt as organised!!

Such a pain! I never have issues ordering online and even if it takes a week and a bit I wouldnt mind.....but this is crazy! :rolleyes:
