A Rider has won a £4,000 out of court settlement following an accident which she claims killed her horse.

good on her for making a stand. drivers are in too much of a hurry these days and have no common sense that a horse as a mind of its own.

I would also like to point out, before any "lorry driver" remarks are made, that my Dad is extremely considerate when round horses in his 17.5 ton lorry and rarely receives aknowledgement let alone thanks
