I keep catching my horse rubbing her buttocks, not necessary her tail as much, it's weird.......she lifts her tail above the stable shelf and starts rubbing her buttocks and moving side to side. At one stage it look as though someone had shaved part of her fur off on both sides! I have washed, used neem oil, itch cream but I don't know what to do to make it more comfortable for her. Any ideas!!!!!
