Horse search oganisations needing volunteers?

I saw a car in Lincoln a couple of months ago advertising a horsewatch type organisation (can't remember the name) and I'm sure it said somehing about volunteering... sorry for being so vague but anyone know what it is called?!

Do you think perhaps someone is trying to get Horsewatch started for Lincolnshire?
On Horsewatch bulletin no co-ordinator is listed for Lincs

I have a missing horse at the moment and i have him registered with hosewatch uk, they then pass it on to the relevant area i.e derby, yorkshire, north west etc. You could maybe contact horsewatch uk and ask if that is what they are trying to do.
