Horse Selling Experts ..... Receipt for sale?

I've (hopefully!) sold my horse and he's going to his new home tomorrow. His price was significantly reduced as since I started trying to sell him he's been diagnosed with bone spavin. His buyers are fully aware of this. I'm just wondering if I should put it on the receipt - something on the lines of "Mrs Bloggs is aware that Dobbin has been diagnosed with and treated for bone spavin". What do you think? I just don't want anything coming back to bite me in the future.

sold as seen, tried and approved. and date it, duplicate copies with both signatures of buyer and seller.

I definately would add this on to the receipt I would also ask the buyer to sign a copy for you to keep aswell

I sold a horse with known medical issues and it said something on the reciept like "X is sold knowing all underlying medical conditions relating to XYZ". That horse was being sold for £1 as a field ormament though!
