Horse shopping in the Staffs/Cheshire/Shropshire area

Hello folks,

I'm on the market for a new horse and actually finding it harder than expected going via the usual websites, as strangely people aren't getting back to me so I can only assume they are sold. (Adverts are not very old).
I'm thinking of going down the dealer route now, as at least they will respond back to me - any recommendations? Ideally I'm looking for an eventer type/general all rounder.
Google isn't being that much help so thought I'd ask you knowledgeable peeps!

There are a few small type eventers on Facebook that I know of who all deal: Alyssa Snelson of Brookhouse Equestrian and Liv Catton that usually seem to have stuff in. I can't say I have bought off either of them though. Are you on facebook and have you used that too? It seems a very popular way of advertising for free these days.

Im also horse hunting, im in the South and i was so pleased to hear people arent getting back to you either! I thought it was just me! I have rung so many people and left messages and they never return the call. I have even messaged people on facebook when they dont answer the phone and you can see they have 'seen' the message but they still dont answer! Its so frustrating

I see Andrew Callwood is being suggested as a reputable horse dealer. I've seen a horse he sold which didn't look to me as if it was the one the passport was for, (I could be wrong) but this is more recent:
