Anyone else have a horse who gets silly on frosty mornings? These past 2 days my cob, normally very sensible, has turned into a bucking half passing weirdo on the way to the field! And then has a mad gallop around when turned out!
Anyone else?

Yep - winter mornings are back :D

Laid back big Fuzzy has just gone from summer idle-torpid mode, back into (part time) sharp-hang-on-mother-lets-have-fun mode :D

Spooking at sun/shade yesterday, bouncing & behaving like a nit this morning :D

Great for practising leg yielding & getting properly working again :D

Yep mine too. she's usually really laid back, I fetched her in from the field yesterday morning, she did an hours schooling ( really well) then had a tiny feed and was turned out again - went off bucking down the field as if she's been kept in for a week! (Have to say I love riding them at this time of year, that little bit of an edge they have when the weather changes is lovely)
