Horse Stopped Eating

My 5yo mare has suddenly stopped eating and if she does eat it’s on and off. She does graze in the paddock and strip the leaf off her hay but she’s never been a fussy eater or like this. I’ve ridden her and she is completely normal as is her attitude. She’s still drinking and doing her business but I’m just concerned about her appetite. I’ve tried so many different things and no change. However, I have noticed a tooth/cut on her lower jaw and am wondering if this could be the reason. Any ideas/help would be appreciated.

Definitely get the cut seen to be on the safe side. One of mine who comes in during the day isn’t eating much hay at the moment but is clearly getting enough off the field judging by the amount of poo picking I’m doing. Is she just stuffed from the field, the amount of grass might be deceptive.

I would get a dentist to take a look and mash/beat feed until they’ve been sounds like there’s some soreness in the mouth.
