Horse Sweating up unevenly?

Quick-ish Q.!

Can anyone tell me why my horse might be sweating up more on one side (right) than the other whilst working? Seems a little odd - all I can think is it's that he has to do more work on one side as it's his stiffer side??

no idea.... I work him as evenly as possible on both reins...

is it just his neck?..because it could be that ur holding one rein closer/tighter than the other

It's mostly noticeable on his neck as sweating on his flanks is minimal now he's clipped, though after our lesson last week when he was dripping he was still considerably more sweated up on one side than the other and it seemed to be all over??

An uneven sweat pattern is normally indicative of pain somewhere. I'd maybe ask your vet if they are happy for a physio to give your horse the once over.
