so far, only 5000 horse owners have signed the petition for the government to rethink their plans for Defra to charge £10.50( at least!!!) so unless there is serious thought put into this we're all going to be poorer off, never mind being against the principal of the thing, so come on people!! add your name to: www.rethinkthehorsetax.org

There two petitions on here for virtually the same thing, one has 8000 votes and the other 5000.

I saw the two petitions a while back, and have commented on it before. Two seperate petitions will not have the same impact as one big one. Shame.
