As the title says really. Does the little drop of blood with the percentage tell you what percentage Thoroughbred blood the horse has, or how 'inbred' it is? So therefore is a high or low percentage preferable?

It's percentage of TB blood in the horse, useful for eventers who like a high % for speed and such
