Horse transporter recommendations?

I need to get 2 horses to Northampton, one from the south west, and collecting the second from Surrey en route.

Both horses are 1000000% to travel, I was wondering if anyone had any experience and could advise/put me off any in particular. I've looked into hiring my own lorry but the thought of it terrifies me haha.

my computer reckons the journey is about 180 miles, what would you call a fair price for this distance?

I wouldn't but I won't make further comment on a public thread, try eastern horse box hire as Steve does transport and is excellent

Again one for Eric Gillie, Kelso, they are fantastic, they are family run, have super lorries and can't do enough for you to make transporting easy and stress free. All 5 of mine went from UK to France with Gillies and they arrived looking like they had been on holiday. We however were stressed to the gills and looking quite manic.
