Horse Transporting

I am using a horse transport company to get my horse down from Hertfordshire to a new stable in Essex on wednesday, they seem a very well setup organisation and charge a very good rate to do this, they are only charing me 120.00 for a 108 mile round trip, they will first pick me up at my local stables take me there andpick the horse up and return with me and my fellow to the stable where we will then off load. i am been quoyted for self drive horse box over 99.00 and that does not inclue fuel, so think 120.00 is extremely good, so far the communication between them and me has been first class in sorting this out, think some how I will be recommending them but we will see....

Those anyone high people to take there horse(s) out and about weather it be to a show, Vet, or new stable..?????

i have used appletrees in west susse twice to move my very bad traveller and they are brilliant . would recommend every time and are very reasonable price.

Always check operator licences and DEFRA licences when using horse transport.

Check also are they members of a horse transport organisation such as RTA (Racehorse Transporters Association)
