Horse trials axed due to land change

A MAJOR New Forest horse trial has been axed indefinitely - two years after the event was marred by tragedy. The Brockenhurst Park Horse Trials will not go ahead this year and has been shelved until further notice after farm owners decided to use the land for sheep grazing. Two years ago a top horse rider was killed during the event when she was thrown from her horse only for the animal to land on her.

i love this event its a few ins away from me and were all gutted, we were gearing up for it this year.
such a shame though
tweseldown didnt run their advanced for a similar reason didng it?
