Horse Wayne Channon masterclass report with piccies

Had an incredible day today and a lovely lesson

Dexter was a very good boy and we worked on our changes, simple changes and slowing him down after the medium trot & canter, was a bit worried as he was a nightmare on Monday night and just charging off! But had polished his halo and was a star doing everything I asked and picked up the new tricks very quickly.

Wayne was very impressed with how quickly he picked things up and thought he looked very very well

He also said so are you going to do dressage now and not event!

Of course I said no I will do both!!

It was great having the piccies taken and I used a earpiece to listen to Wayne which was great as could hear everything and hear it straight away, also got a lovely padded Barnsby saddle cloth which I had to use in the lesson, its lovely!

Ooooooh you're THAT Holly!!! So sorry I didn't make more effort to come up and say hello but we kinda missed each other. I thoroughly enjoyed my lesson wasn't he just the nicest chap, broke everythign down so simply and gave me a great technique to combat my scary monsters spooking so going to put that to test it certainly helped yesterday. I am feeling thoroughly inspired which is what I needed.
Your horse is lovely such a handsome boy, enjoyed watching your lesson too.

I couldn't believe how nice he was, he came in to Lindas for a coffee for about 20mins before my lesson and was telling us all about his horses. Taught me a method to teach flying changes, we weren't very good but she did do two so there is a start. Weather was great I was so pleased considering all the nasty weather we have had. I did mention hiring Brook Farms lovely indoor downt he road but apparently indoor is a nightmare for photos.

Yes I did wonder if it would be indoors incase it rained, but luckily it was lovely.
