Horse weight

What weight would you say is right for a 15hh Welsh D with plenty of bone, who is fairly fit. Mine currently weighs 506 kg and will go down to about 496 kg as I do more work over the summer...but he still looks 'well' according to the vet.

According to a chart I have a Welsh cob (15h) should be between 510-550 (average 535)
a Welsh X (15h) should be between 480-540 (average 515)
