High upon a hillside
Hi,
You may remember a post I did a while back about a gypsy pony shut in a stable 24/7, well this is at the same place, albeit tethered.
Some of the ponies are tethered near to where I am surveying on site, and I cannot walk past without picking some nice out of reach grass for them - which they whicker at me for
One of the lovely mares today (not fed her before) I noticed had a huge, what I can only describe as a cleft up the middle of her long front hoof, like it was split. Otherwise she is in good condition - has a monster amount of mane - and judging by her undercarriage may not be long off having a foal (I think!)
I rang WHW about the last pony, and they went to visit, but said there was not much they could do, should I call again, or does that just make me a pest?
Earl grey tea and choc digestives on offer
