Horse with giant legs

I have a 15hh cob with giant legs. I need to get him some overreach boots but nothing I can find will fit him. Even XL are tight and rub his pasterns. Any one got any suggestions for a (not to expensive) brand that fit big legged horses?

I've had issues finding boots wide enough for my mare that weren't too long. Haven't got any specific recommendations in terms of brands, but I found ringing manufacturers/ tack shops really helpful - some more so than others - as they were able to give me measurements and I could work from those. Good luck!

Can you get the rubber type with velcro closure and just cut the top cm or so off the rubber? Should make the boot fit lower on a smaller leg so should give more space for 'giant legs'!
