The other horse I was ringing about apprently has little "horns" on his head. I have never seen this myself, does anyone have a picture or a horse with these?
This horse also has one front foot which turns out slightly, and has had farrier work to correct however he only sometimes goes slightly unlevel when the time comes to being reshod.

Both the horses sounded really promising at first, being the right height, age etc but now I'm unsure!

Have arranged to go and look next week but will be going with an open mind....

frontal bosses are rare but can occur in horses, usually those from very old Iberian bloodlines and in some mustangs which are obviously Iberian derived.they can occur on the forehead or on the bottom of the ear.

Willow's got horns, plus a forked tail and cloven feet, but only if we're daft enough to go on hound exercise!

Seriously though keep looking, be patient. I must have sat on at least 14 over the last few months and sifted at least 30 by photographs alone. I have finally found myself a lovely new chap who I think was really worth the wait.

Thanks, I will have to be patient, something I sometimes find hard to do!
