Hi

Has anyone entered the win a £100k horsebox at £20 a ticket?
I have entered several times and the terms and conditions said Dec 2009 draw and still does yet no one has one yet and I cant get any sense out of the draw organisers??
Is anyone else think this maybe a scam?

Thanks

Well I have looked at their website and nothing has been updated and I tried to contact them with no luck....it says 900 tickets still left and has for 4 months plus none of the terms and conditions been updated either.

Whilst I appreciate the cost covering it is evident that they still cant sell any more tickets otherwise they would of by now!!!!

My famiy bought me tickets for christmas and so they all feel a bit mad that they spent so much money and the draw not even updated.

it is worrying really to think these companies can take our money and then not keep people updated! ABI horseboxes is a well known company, and I hope for their sakes this will be sorted asap. maybe if they get a few calls from people they might pull up their socks and get the draw done or at least update the website to let us know whats happening.
i think one of the owners is a memeber of this forum, im sure she has posted before on one of my "transport" posts.
ill try find her username.

think her username is: pathelschoice.
she replied to a lorry question i had and her siggy was "WIN A HORSEBOX WORTH 100K" she seemed very in the know about boxes too.
try PMing her and just see. i would but im at work and will get shot if i stay on here too long!!! :-)

I have emailed the company & also emailed forum member Pathelschoice, as she is wife of the owner of ABI horseboxes & works for the company to try & find out what is happeneing. They have sold 5100 tickets (apparantly 900 remain) which amounts to £102,000, that's an awful lot of money & now their website has disappeared & from what other members are saying the company is not giving out any information assuming they actually reply. The company may have ceased trading, no one seems to know.

If nothing is done to either carry out a bonafide draw for the prize, or the company makes an effort to return entrants money then, assuming the company has ceased trading then presumably we would all become creditors? There may even be criminal offences disclosed & the police may need to be involved, but this is supposition as no information appears to be forthcoming from the company.

I hope I get a reply, if I do I will post it here for everyone's information.:(

Anyone know if the draw was done on December 17 for the Olympic horsebox that they were selling raffle tickets for at the Windsor Europeans?

I bought a ticket (last of the big spenders) but threw it out a few weeks ago assuming that I hadn't won.
