Horsebox driving license question

OK, bear with me if this sounds very stupid, but I have a C1 driving license for trucks between 3.5 tonnes and 7.5 tonnes. Does that mean inclusive of trucks that are exactly 7.5 tonnes or for trucks below 7.5 tonnes?

(I have found a nice horsebox option at the 7.5 tonne weight, just need to check I can actually drive it!)

Yes you can drive it, 7.5 tonnes is the maximum weight of the vehicle and it's load.
