Horsebox Hire - Harrogate/North Yorks/surrounding

Hi

Does anyone know of any companies that hire out self drive 3.5t horseboxes in this area?

I have trailer licence and my own trailer but friend and i are planning a day out and her horse doesn't travel in trailers very well at all.

I have tried Alexanders at Boroughbridge aka the horsebox man but they no longer do hire.

Any ideas anyone???

Thanks Lady T i'll try those. My friend works at Alexanders as a mechanic, he just said they don't do it anymore.... maybe something do with insurance. i don't know.

One of my neighbours owns a Horse transport business and also horse box hire for self drive using the luxury Equi-trek Super Sonic which is rated up to 4 tonnes (4000kg).
