Horsebox insurance/breakdown cover

I will soon be taking delivery of a new 3.5 ton box, and am really struggling to decide who to insure it with.
Anyone have any recommendations/advise me who to steer clear of?

Just insured mine with Anthony D Evans, with breakdown too, most competitive quote on the market and about 25% cheaper than my renewal quote. I checked on here first and there were lots of positive comments about them on previous threads.

I'm also with Anthony Evans, cheapest one a yr or so ago when i got my box, think mine's about £350 incl breakdown, and was under 25 then so some companies wouldn't insure me.
Only concern is they put value down by 10% every year and as mine's an L reg, I think its value is pretty constant and wouldn't really drop that much. They won't insure it for what I think I could easily sell it for.

You can take out breakdown cover with Anthony Evans without taking thier insurance. I use Shearwater.

Another vote for Anthony Evans - did old box through him and have just sorted out new box with him. Was very competitive with quote.

I use south essex with breakdown cover, used it once when the alternator gave up and it all worked fine.
