My horsebox was converted by David Murray whos son (I think) has Hartford Commercial Windows which supplies all things for horseboxes. Ive just had a look on his website and there is everything but units but maybe worth a phone call as David must get them from somewhere, he may be able to point you in the right direction??? Mine arent cheap and nasty, dont know about weight but if this bloke does it for a living I cant see him putting heavy ones in his boxes. My box weighs in at 5.3t.
Good luck, oh the number is 0161 654 4354.

We were looking for the same and ended up making our own fittings with a lightweight aluminium frame and caravan boarding for the drawers etc. We also insulated the lorry and then lined it out in caravan boarding which we managed to get from a local caravan sales company/caravan repairer.

Thanks I wonderd if this was way to go, could try building my own going to check out hartford although most of the smaller builders seem to use mdf and chip board, way too heavy and not that strong no wonder so many 3 horse 7.5 tonners are overweight

I would think there is a gap in the market for a good living quarters builder.. in the states you can get a trailer fitted out to an unbeliveable standard, makes an oakley look cheap
