Had ramp re -done a couple of years and that seems sound but last few times of use ramp not closing completely as well one side. Its a hydraulic ramp and we are having to give one side a strong push to fix it shut. Any ideas as to what this could be?! Lorry getting bit long in tooth and don't want to spend a fortune on repairing this if it sounds like it could be a costly job!

something trapped in the hinge, or lack of lubrication ????? or something broken I would get it checked out its not worth risking a nasty accident ....

Thanks. Its definitley got enough fluid in it and hydraulic system working well. Its not massively out... just v slightly at left corner but goes in with a push and fixes in place then. Did find some stones trapped from driveway which made it a better fit on return journey today. The decision wasn't whether to get it checked or not it was whether the work would be so costly as to not make it worth doing ie time for new lorry rather than continue with my old girl!
