Horsebox reversing cameras?

Hi,

We want two cameras and one monitor. So that one camera is in the horse section, and one for reversing. 5" screen, in colour.

We have found afew. Just wondered if anyone has one already that they recomend?

The one's we have found are arond the £250 mark. Ii this reasonable??

don't know what they are like but ebay have them around £150.

I have seen them, but like you said i have no idea what they are like? I dont want to buy one and it turn out to be useless!!

If you do a search you should find previous posts on this topic...I know alot of people have bought them of Ebay & been very happy with them. If you pay using paypal you will have their protection for the transaction & if you use a credit card you will also have their protection. Check the feedback of the sellers....you can also email previous purchasers for their thoughts on the item?

I have bought this camera sysatem for my trailer its £229 but you will need to order an extra camera. It has beenb fantastic and the quality of the picture is fab!! would def recomend them. Well worth the money.

I struggled using the one in the box, the one for horses is great, the rear one on the back is great if you need to see if a car behind you etc, but in a big lorry it was useless to see width etc (still used mirrors of course) but I think it depends a lot where you mount them? - I really struggled with a 10 tonne lorry getting through gate as I was relying on the cam! - went I switched it off I was fine lol! Think they take some getting used to but loved it for horses in the back!
