Horsebox thefts in W.Yorks

Just spoke to my mechanic and 2 horseboxes have been stolen in Wakefield. I think they were 3.5 tons or similar.
It happened in broad daylight. One man spoke to the owner whilst the other nipped round the back and stole the box.
Lock them up and buy a steering lock that covers the entire wheel. If it isnt used regularly then consider taking the battery out.

Ive also just read the post below about trailers being stolen in the same area.

Aggree with the safety precautions said above, but also; CCTV if possible or vehicle tracker.

CCTV is more likely to put potential theives off than most other things.
